As restrictions continue to ease, Jwcare group would like to welcome family and friends to visit our care homes, especially children who will bring happy faces to our residents.

We can accept visitors anytime, but we would appreciate it if you can avoid mealtimes and also it is advisable to ring first.

Visits are encouraged to take place within Residents’ own rooms. 

Protected Meal Times

We are now operating a policy of protected meal times to ensure that the dietary needs of all the residents are maintained with minimal disturbance.

Please visit outside of the following times

08:00 – 10:00

12:00 – 14:00

16:00 -18:00
