Who is your mental health residential care suitable for?
We support working-age adults living with complex mental health needs, including mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma-related conditions and dual diagnoses. Our homes are designed for people who need a stable, structured environment with ongoing daily support.
What type of mental health support do you provide day to day?
Residents receive consistent routines, emotional support, medication prompts, wellbeing-focused activities and practical help with daily living skills. Our approach is calm, person-centred and built around understanding each individual’s triggers and coping strategies.
Can you support people with behaviours linked to mental health conditions?
Yes. Many residents experience periods of distress, withdrawn behaviour or impulsivity. Our teams are trained in positive behaviour support and de-escalation techniques to help manage challenges safely and respectfully.
Do you accept individuals with dual diagnoses or co-occurring conditions?
We can support people with both mental health and cognitive or physical health needs, as well as substance-related histories once they are medically stable. Each placement is assessed individually to make sure our environment is the right fit.
What does a typical day look like in mental health residential care?
Days are structured but flexible. Residents take part in activities that support wellbeing, such as gentle routines, community outings, creative sessions, life skills development or time to relax in a calm, low-stress setting.
Can families stay involved while someone is in your care?
Absolutely. Families are encouraged to visit, stay in touch and take part in reviews and planning. Their insight helps shape support that feels familiar, personalised and meaningful to the individual.
