Who is your dementia care designed for?
We support working-age adults living with early-onset dementia, Alzheimer’s, vascular dementia and other cognitive conditions that affect daily life, behaviour, memory or decision-making.
How do you support people with memory loss or confusion?
We use calm routines, familiar environments and consistent staffing to reduce anxiety and help people feel secure. Visual prompts, gentle reminders and personalised approaches support confidence and independence.
Can you care for people with complex or changing needs?
Yes. Many residents experience changes in behaviour, mood or mobility over time. Our teams are trained in dementia-specific approaches and adapt support as needs evolve, ensuring continuity and stability.
Do you provide activities for people living with dementia?
Absolutely. Activities are tailored to each person’s abilities and interests, such as sensory sessions, music, memory-based activities, outdoor time and gentle daily tasks that promote purpose and enjoyment.
Do you accept emergency or short-notice placements?
Where we have availability, yes. We can support emergency admissions and work closely with families, social workers or hospitals to complete assessments quickly and safely.
How are families involved in the care process?
Families are always welcome to stay involved. We encourage regular visits, phone updates and participation in care reviews, as this helps us understand the person’s background, preferences and what brings them comfort.
