Visiting Our Homes
We’re always happy to welcome family and friends into our homes - especially children, whose smiles and energy always brighten our residents’ day.
Visits are welcome any day, at any time, though we kindly ask that you avoid mealtimes, and give us a quick call before you arrive. This helps us make sure your visit goes smoothly and doesn’t disrupt any planned activities or care routines.
Most visits take place in residents’ own rooms, where there’s space for privacy and comfort.

Protected Mealtimes
To support our residents’ health and wellbeing, we follow a Protected Mealtimes policy. During these times, we ask visitors to kindly wait until meals are finished so residents can eat without interruption.
Please avoid visiting during:
08:00 – 10:00 (Breakfast)
12:00 – 14:00 (Lunch)
16:00 – 18:00 (Dinner)
